Nice & convenient hotel in Karawang area

Staff is very keen to meet the guest need. I was pleasantly surprise to be able to borrow laptop charger from them. The connectivity with the mall is a big plus.

I found the rate in booking.com is way more expensive than direct dealing. That is a disappointment. I think it would be good to have wellness services like massages

Birthday surprise for our lovely daughter

It was very nice and memorable actually. All of our request being checked and noticed perfectly. High floor, good view, even there wes a wall painting at the window for almeera birthday present, birthday cake at the fridge, balloons on our room, and my daughter delighted with all of those treatments ️️️???????? all of the staffs are very nice and helpful in every line; reservation, front office, house keeping, food and beverage, etc. The room was very clean, the amenities were exceptional and all of that experience have made our staycation worth the money in every penny ???? keep up the good work, we’ll see you soon resinda hotel.

Will definitely consider staying here again

Location was perfect as it connects to the Resinda Park Mall. The staff is very helpful and facilities are great. It was a comfortable stay. Definitely one of the top 3 places to stay in, if you ever find yourself in Karawang!

Would be perfect if there was an in house spa :) Several items on the food menu (the burger especially) were severely disappointing. I should clarify that several others were quite good too (Mie goreng, the ramens and similar dishes). I only speak from room service experience, never tried the buffet.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff ready to serve.

Staff was very friendly but when ordering from the menu the service was slow. The buffet was good but a little limited.

Location great, breakfast great, and hotel staff very nice.

There's no hair dryer in the room, and no small size body lotion include while basically every 5 star hotel standard always provided, bathtub was too small.
